Dr. Snyder has been practicing medicine for over 10 years and is passionate in treating gastrointestinal diseases and giving patients the information needed to make well informed decisions on their health. Dr. Snyder has a keen interest in colon cancer prevention and believes in a careful and deliberate colonoscopy with the aim of finding and removing precancerous polyps at a high rate. In his many years in the field, Dr Snyder also has a passion for treating inflammatory bowel disease with the most up to date medicines and technology to achieve lasting remission. Dr. Snyder's belief in providing patients with the best possible treatments for complex disorders such as liver cirrhosis, acid reflux disease, and IBS go well beyond his patients at Citrus Valley Gastro. Over the years Dr Snyder has shown his compassion and outreach by traveling to places like Cambodia where he is taught and provided therapeutic biliary endoscopy to countries where people have little to no access to quality healthcare and physicians.
In his personal time, Dr Snyder enjoys winter sports and will take any excuse to hit the slopes or snowboard. His other interests include college football and basketball as well as spending time with his wife and two children.
