Everyone in the office is very nice and let me tell you this facility is so clean and beautiful! The NP Wylie Douglass was very thorough on explaining things to me and he answered all of my questions. Angel is awesome !! Very knowledgeable and did not hesitate to say that if I had any questions to call him at any time.

I've been a patient of Dr. Arora for 15 years or more. He's always pleasant, understanding, helpful, and seems genuinely concerned about my needs. Wait time in the lobby and exam rooms is normal for doctor visits in general. Bottom line: he makes me feel as if I'm his only patient.

Dr. Saghir is very impressive. My first time with him. He listens to everything you tell him and he gave a positive response that makes you feel you both knew each other for long. He is one of the best.

Dr Arora is very professional and provides excellent information and is thorough in explaining recommendations and protocol. This helps my husband understand what he needs to do in order to achieve better health. I asked him to please write down the changes and he was accommodating to explain what to stop and what to start for 2 conditions. He is excellent!

Their office is great. All the staffs are very respectful but I need their smile that helps me or the other patients to have a great and a blessed day. Your smile counts counts the most. You don’t even know that you help your patiens to have a better day.
Dr. Sharma, he is awesome. By looking at him with a smile on his face, you will feel comfortable.
You are all great. Stay Blessed.

The office visits are great from start to finish. Very clean and modern. I love the fact that they call me in almost immediately and dont have me sitting in crowded waiting room! .Staff is always courteous and helpful in person or on the phone. Dr. Truong is great, aside from being extremely nice he is very thorough and attentive whether it be in his office for an appointment or in the hospital for procedure. Also have to acknowledge his assistant Tina who has been a life saver!! Thank you !!!!
Its rare to find a Doctor now a days who actually listens so I had to share my experience, hopefully he can help someone else too!!!

I was very fortunate because when I went in the emergency room at Emmett Presbyterian Hospital I received the best care from one of the nicest and finest gastrointestinal doctors. Doctor Mohsin Saghir, took over my case in the emergency room got right to running test and getting to the problem. He resolved the problem that I have been suffering with for 6 months almost, and it looks like I may be able to go home today. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue and continually watching over me. Thank you so much

Dr. Synder does listen to me and I appreciate that, but I don't think he was as concerned about my growing hemangiomas from 5 cm to 7 cm as I have a bulging stomach and feel like I'm 6 momths pregnant.

Maybe after some test results, he will have a more strategic plan of action why they are growing. I wish the follow up was sooner than 3 months out, as his schedule appears to be full. My concerns are more urgent to me, as I do research, and I'm really involved in my own health status. The facility is really clean and the staff is really professional

Yesterday was the day! The day of my colonoscopy. Let me start off by saying...from the moment I got there, all the nurses and staff were amazing! I wish I got their names. Made sure I was comfortable and cozy. Even gave me a heated blanket. Dr. Sharma was great! Assured me that I was in good hands, which I never doubted. After the procedure, Dr. Sharma told me his findings, which was nothing, thank God and that he'll see me in 10 years.

Thank you, Dr. Sharma and staff for making it comfortable! The best medical team!!!!!

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding a recent and disappointing experience at your office during my new patient consultation check-in with Dr. Sartaj. After waiting several weeks for this appointment, I was directed by the medical assistant to proceed with the check-in process. During this time, I asked whether I could be billed for my copay, as I typically prefer to pay through the patient portal to keep a digital record of all transactions. To my surprise, this simple inquiry led to a phone call from your office manager, Crystal Parks, who responded in an unprofessional, unnecessarily hostile, and intimidating manner. She stated that the office does not bill for copays as a matter of policy. While I fully respect and understand office policies, the tone and manner in which this was communicated were inappropriate and unacceptable. Additionally, Ms. Parks made a dismissive remark referencing my insurance, stating that I was “an HMO insurance patient,” which I found to be both rude and condescending. This experience left me feeling humiliated and disrespected—especially disheartening for what was meant to be my initial introduction to your clinic. Due to the lack of professionalism, empathy, and patient-centered care demonstrated, I made the difficult decision not to proceed with the appointment or seek further care at your office. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the matter appropriately. No patient should have to endure such treatment during a routine visit, particularly when it could have been resolved with courtesy and professionalism. Sincerely, Elizabeth Duarte MPH, BSN office visit May 13, 2025
