I went in for a colonoscopy on 2/16/24 proceses checking in was fast called me within 15 min the nurse explained everything to me then the doctor came in to introduce himself and to talk to me. I was prepped nurse Kate I think that was her name came to get me gave me my meds I was out in seconds woke up about 45 min latter to get ready to get picked up! Very fast I give them a 10 wonderful staff all around !

Their way of communication via text was good for me. 5 days before my appt they sent reminders via text.

Then the day of the procedure came: receptionist greeted us (with respect, friendly, genuinely nice). She explained the check in process (the iPad questionnaire). Nurses explained everything. Anesthesiologist came introduced herself and explained everything that she was going to do. Then doctor came also introduce himself and explained everything. For me, they were all thorough, friendly, knowledgeable. Even nurses after the procedure were very nice, assisted me with dressing up on my pace... Didn't hurry me. Doctor came again and explained what was done and what to expect after procedure ( let's be real some places you don't even see doctor before and after the procedure). From the time I came in to the time I left I felt like I was the only patient there. All attention they gave me was great. Thank you.

Every staff member was so kind and helpful! The front desk staff, the nurses and the Dr. were so present and compassionate. My one request would be to allow one person to wait with you in the back.
