Just had an appointment today with Dr. Arora at the Covina office. Just wanted to say he is the best doctor I have ever had. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I suffer from IBS and Pelvic Floor issues, and he is always helpful with his diagnosis and treatment plans. I suffer from anxiety as well and he always asks about my personal life and stress to see how I am and if this could be part of my issues. Extremely thorough. I wish more doctors were as caring as he is. The staff is also great. Thank you Erin for getting me in quickly.

Dr. Sharma met with me to continue ruling out pancreatic problems. He was reasonable, knowledgeable, straightforward. He had an excellent bedside manner. He walked into a situation with little information and compassionately took the time to get my care back on course. doctors don't have enough time to do their job properly these days, so I respect that he took the time and was not rude or dismissive. Went in for a consultation for an endoscopy. The front desk people were nice. And they called me in right away. Johana was very helpful she helped me finish filling out my paperwork. Dr. Sharma explained how the procedure was going to be and how long it will take. Overall all the nurses and receptionist were nice.

This was the first time I ever had to have a colonoscopy. I was very nervous. Didn't know what to expect. Just things that you watch on YouTube from the time. I was there only had a wait a couple minutes before I was in the room. They are very nice staff there. Doctors stood real good care of me and I even got a nice warm blanket. Dr. Sharma was very nice. Took real good care of me. I was in and out less than 20 minutes and honestly, I did not feel any pain whatsoever. How surprised how fast everything went and I give him a five star after it was thrill he comes out and greet you and shake your hand and then you're off and you're ready to go home. Thanks a lot nice staff also I would definitely be going back when it's time for my next visit.

I was referred to Dr. Patrick Troung back in 2022 and had an impressive and thorough interaction. Dr. Truong listened to my concerns and validated my wants. As a result, I had an upper GI completed that went very smoothly. Given the findings, I have returned for follow up as my former gastroenterologist did not impress. Again, Dr. Truong listened and provided solutions to my requests. I emphasize Dr. Truongs thoroughness as many doctors are quick to brush patients off and disregard concerns simply because of "age," I am 34, or lack of symptoms. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Dr. Troung if simply wanting to learn more about your concerns or for procedural purposes.

I had an incredible experience! It was my first colonoscopy... and was extremely nervous and anxious. However, the staff is very friendly, helpful and supportive! This was my second visit to Citrus Valley Gastroenterology. Dr Sharma and his team are wonderful. The front office staff always make you feel so welcome when you arrive and check in. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and his back office staff are comforting and supportive. Dr Sharma always takes the time to make you feel comfortable and listens to your questions and concerns. Dr Wu was very kind and helpful. All of the office staff were friendly. The medical assistant was a young man and I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was very nice and quick as well. They were helpful with processing lab slips as well.

Dr Snyder and his staff are the best so thoughtful and caring .. They always make sure to listen and put the needs of the patient first . Dr does not rush to get to the next patient and explains everything..office staff so helpful and patient . So glad my son found such a great doctor!

Tina is the best! She will do all she can to accommodate requests as appropriate. Very pleasant, cordial, respectful, and very personable. She arranges for samples and work with insurances to get lowered Rx med cost. You will love going there with Dr Truong because of this lady. Dr Truong explains in details the results, plan of care, and makes me feel really cared for. I recommend going there, because of these 2 make a difference. The front desk team as well, I arrived 5 mins early and i was called into the room immediately without even waiting. They let me wait inside for privacy. They are all very prompt and professional.

If you are looking for a GOOD GI team. This is it you found it. Very thorough and informative.. both the doctor (s) and their assistant or secretary not sure Megan's title but she was awesome. She followed up and searched what was needed on the spot. Everyone from the moment you check in to the nurse that takes your vitals , doctor and check out with Megan. So happy. Wish they accepted my insurance. Lucky enough to start my treatment with this office l. I started bring my son here. Medically challenged and Dr. Wu listens, and very informative. Thank you all for an amazing experience. Going on over 5 visits and they all have been a great experience.
